MRB Battalion Drill Team

The Drill Team is a special team of cadets that form a marching unit which executes routines based on military drill and demonstrates traits of discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills learned in the JROTC Program. There are two teams: Armed and Unarmed. Both the Armed and Unarmed team competes in events like Inspection, Color Guard, Regulation, and Exhibition. By competing, the team will be able to fly out to California and compete in the Golden Bear West Coast Nationals. The Armed team executes their drills using rifles while the Unarmed team executes their drills making interesting beats and unique routines. This special team uses their Class B in competition.

MRB Battalion JLAB Team

The JLAB Team, also known as the JROTC Leadership Academic Bowl Team, is a special team that is based on problem solving and critical thinking. Cadets compete using their JROTC Knowledge, Math, English, and Science skills along with current world event knowledge. By competing in the first two rounds of the competition, the cadets that compete have the chance of participating in the final round, which takes place in Washington, D.C.

MRB BATTALION RAIDER TEAM

The Raider Team is a special team that is for cadets who wish to challenge their physical endurance, mental strength, and their leadership. These cadets are working on team building and coordination to be able to work together when in competition. This special team gets a special camouflage uniform called OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern).
